Identify device types
Zaptec has four lines of products:
- Zaptec Pro for system charging.
- Zaptec Go for home charging.
- Zaptec Go 2 for home charging.
- Zaptec Sense for load balancing.
All these devices have a 9-character serial number, and the first 3 characters (the prefix) can be used to distinguish them.
